How do I change my account to be taxable?

On your company letterhead or fax coversheet including hospital/clinic information, write a statement to "change my account to taxable effective today" or give a date and forward to the Bayer Tax Department.

Why does my tax license not exempt me from tax?

A tax license provides the privilege to not be taxed on certain products or all products provided by Bayer, however, a completed resale/exemption certificate including your tax license number provides the exemption.
