Insecticide cattle ear tags with new FyberTek™
Improve your bottom line; help relieve fly stress on your cattle. Clay-colored CyGuard™ is made with new FyberTek™, the latest fiber technology that holds more active ingredient in a single tag than our prior technology allowed.
CyGuard™:
- Contains 87% more beta-cyfluthrin than the CyLence Ultra® Insecticide Cattle Ear Tag
- Contains 15% beta-cyfluthrin, a 5th-generation pyrethroid
- Packaged 20 tags per box
- Registered for use on beef and dairy cattle, including lactating cows
- For optimum control, ttach two tags per mature animal; attach one tag per calf
- Use the Allflex® Universal Total Tagger with red pins and black clips
- Remove tags at the end of fly season or prior to slaughter
- Rotate with slate-colored Corathon™ tags, also made with FyberTek
Proven effective for up to five months against:
- Face flies, the mechanical vector of Moraxella bovis (the bacteria that causes pinkeye in cattle)
- Horn flies, (including organophosphate-, chlorinated hydrocarbon- and avermectin-resistant horn flies)
- Gulf Coast ticks
- Spinose ear ticks
